I visited the nail salon yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The staff, particularly the nail technician Swan, were extremely unprofess...ional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant nail care experience. Nail shape was uneven between fingers, had to file myself after leaving. A lot of filing dust got into the gel and gives uneven texture. Felt like the...y just wanted me out of there as soon as possible. I’m really disappointed. I’ve been going for a few months but I will seriously consider never going back. Show more

Horrible experience. The person who did my nails (Kim Kim) cut my natural nail in half going up the nail bed, extremely painful. They worked extremely... slowly took over 2 hours to comple a simple refill. They had multiple employees try to convince me to do expensive designs that I did not want. I refused over and over they did not let up. Just out for any money they can get, offering a subpar service. Employees using the incorrect tools for the jobs they do, nothing is sanitized or cleaned properly. I haven't seen a place this bad in years. I recommend avoiding this place. There are many other salons in this area that offer high quality work for a better price, in a safe environment. I will never return here. I was charged extra for using more than one color, they only told me this as I was done and leaving. When I asked about how they came to this price I was told "It depends, and it's always different". They chose whatever price suits them. Absolutely disgusting. Not a proper business. Show more
