I immediately felt bett...er in my feet, but what I really noticed was a few hours later when I was walking my dog, I didn't feel any pain in my feet, so the walk was enjoyable and we went longer. Connie is very knowledgeable in her field. I have had issues with hip pain, calf tightness and ankle pain and through her structural reflexology metho...ds she has been able to relieve the pain and realign my body in ways that no other treatment has been able to. She is very good at explaining things so I understand them and she is very pleasant and friendly. Her treatments also are very relaxing. I continue to see her regularly but find that her treatments 'hold' for a good amount of time. Show more
