My daughter gets her lash lift and tint here. She absolutely loves her lashes each time they are done. However, I was in an unfortunate situation wher...e my daughter missed her appointment due to me breaking my leg and being in the hospital right before the appointment time. I called and expressed the situation, had hoped they would be understanding and I then rebooked. This rebooked appointment was cancelled last minute due to provider being sick. I understood and rebooked yet again only to find out at payment that my daughter was still charged for the previous missed appointment. Customer service very much lacking in this situation. Show more
