I am so so sorry to hear your daughter had a bad experience. Unfortunately this can happen with waxing, it's very rare but can. It can be a result of certain skin products used that contain retinols, accutane, AHA's, benzoyl peroxide, "ordinary" brand skin products, having sensitive or thin skin, or hormone changes. We do use high quality wax for super sensitive skin. Our goal is always to offer clients the best services at all times, with skilled trained, experienced professionals.
