Dec 2nd visit: I got a refill and wanted a festive colour. The ref applied was a bit on the bright side so before curing the colour I asked for a colo...ur switch. Ivan said he’ll reapply a darker red over the bright red. The colour on my nail turned out like eggplant purple. I said I didn’t like it and Ivan responded saying “I also don’t like it. The colour is too thick”. I then asked when I can come back to fix it and I was told id be charged $30 for colour change. Ivan is one of the owners and has the authority to make business decisions for customer satisfaction. Ivan who typically would cash me out didn’t cash me out. I still paid and tipped for my service as I have respect for the time spent. I would expected Ivan to suggest I come back within that week so he can change the colour at no cost. I will never go back to Bling nail salon as customer satisfaction isn’t their priority and poor business decisions are made. Not once did he even apologize for the poor experience. Show more

Absolutely loved the service. Super friendly staff and job done to perfection. I find the pricing a bit expensive - the pearl/chrome look was $20 extr...a which I think is expensive compared to other salons. The only reason why I rate it 4 stars. Show more
