Let me just say one thing, I will always will support black business. But I will not stand for lazy work. She arrived late with an attitude. She gives... my sister a “ silk press” which she did a bad job on. My sister had 3b hair so she usually gets silk press and her hair always comes out silk and not stiff. She finished the hair in 1 hour which was odd because silk press usually takes some time with my sister because she has a lot of hair. She said she added a charge for a blow dry ?? Isn’t that included ? Not to mention I booked a silk press and TRIM she said trimming is an extra charge? Don’t get me started on the blowdrying process .. she didn’t moisturize or oil my sisters hair before adding heat to her hair. It honestly looks like she went through my sisters hair with a straightener , no wrap no care. Please avoid this place for any silk press reasons and go to your originals. Very unimpressed. Update : this was her response after my review! How unprofessional 😂 is this how you talk to people who puts money in your pockets?? Girl. Chile. it was never about money because you were paid 100 dollars when you kept changing the price..! Her hair was washed and dyed last night I’ve never experienced such bad service in my life !!! Greetings and thanks for choosing Flairy Extensions I will not read your comment and not reply... it's you same black ppl who don't appreciate other black ppl work especially when you're seeking ways and means to tear down your own. First of all I asked her if she wanted a trim she said NO , then she mentioned she wanted a bank cut to fit her face which that was the extra charge... yes she has a lot of hair so to blow it out took extra work and cost a bit extra 10 bucks her hair was dirty and needed wash properly so when I added moisture it didn't show she said she washed it it wasnt washed properly but yall didnt want to pay for a wash... the hair was silk press with the wax stick to last longer in case you clueless what it was... don't come at me like I did something wrong... I didn't have an attitude read my reviews I don't hide behind screens I talk to ppl upfront and professional esp if I'm in the wrong which this time I'm not... you were looking for cheaper price I assume after your sis have so much hair tangled and not combed out that's why the website rates are not always fixed because persons come wanting additional stuff done.... so please back up and don't even think of using my services again with your low life behavior ... thanks again but no thanks ... ungrateful and problematic 😒 be gone. For anyone of my clients reading this my apologies yall know Queen Latesha and to new clients please overlook this lunatic trying to mess up my business
