My mother is in a nursing home ...and in a wheelchair and Nicole had no problem providing her with a great haircut. The service was excellent at a great price and I highly recommend her services. Claimed experience with autistic kids, was an absolute disaster. No skill, very unprofessional. Lied about charges quoted on booksy. Had booked an ap...pointment for my son who is Autistic. After repeated confirmation and claims from the Hair dresser that they have a lot of experience with Autistic kids turned out they just wanted a quick cash crab without doing anything. Was in a rush which does not work for kids with special needs and poor communication. Ended up shaving off my son's head. I would have a much better job by myself. Moreover misquoted the charges, it was $25 on books but quoted $30 and took a generous tip as well. Wonder if booksy verifies the license of the hairdressers listed on their site. Show more

I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction. I started off with a scissor cut as requested. Then when you ask for clippers to be done on the sides and back I gladly did as you asked. Then as I was going to proceed with scissors on top you told me to buzz it on top as well. I did as requested. I apologize if you were left unhappy as I did everything as requested. We take pride in good performance and following instructions
