Had the tints done and they look awesome! They were quick to schedule me in and they had it done even before the appointment window ended. I did howev...er have a small issue with on of the tints and, I had contacted them and was able to get back into the shop where they fully replaced the tint and had me back on the road within an hour. I got my car windows tinted on June 24th, and it was a complete disappointment. The employee recommended doing the new tint over the old tint, citing ...that they were low on time that day. When I asked if there was a waiting area, she falsely claimed it was under renovation as I was told by Frank later on during the touch up that there's a waiting area inside. During pickup, the tint started peeling from the bottom right corner of the driver-side window as soon as I opened the door. I brought the car back, and Frank replaced the tint, but this time the window was scratched and left with water/moisture bubbles that are still visible on three of the windows. The tint cutting and alignment were off, and there were random cuts visible in the rear windows. I messaged Frank to address these issues and went in for a touch-up. He wrongly claimed that the moisture bubbles were already there on the old tint, which is untrue as I had inspected the windows immediately after the initial installation. He also refused to fix the problems without charging me again. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor quality work and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this tint service to anyone. Show more

This customer came in originally with a very poor installation of window film on their vehicle from another shop. They told us they just wanted it darker and they don't really care to remove the old film. We added film to their existing poor quality tint job as they requested. The customer then messaged us saying that it's not a perfect job and so we tried to explain to him that it's because you have film underneath that was installed poorly the first time from another company. We were still very kind about the situation and asked the customer to bring in the vehicle so we could have a look and see if we could do our best to clean it up for them. The customer came into our shop, acting extremely rude. Staff members tried to explain that the issues being pointed out was from the old tint job not from our job. We tried to explain, but the customer just kept ignoring and being rude and pointing out things that had nothing to do with our installation. He then left and was extremely rude making terrible imature remarks and said im going to leave you a one star review. This customer expected us to do work for free and fix issues done by another company originally. It wasn't even done by us.. This is a very unfair review and it's sad company's have to deal with negativity from time to time even though we always go over board to give great quality work and excellent service at fair rates.
