This customer came in originally with a very poor installation of window film on their vehicle from another shop. They told us they just wanted it darker and they don't really care to remove the old film. We added film to their existing poor quality tint job as they requested. The customer then messaged us saying that it's not a perfect job and so we tried to explain to him that it's because you have film underneath that was installed poorly the first time from another company. We were still very kind about the situation and asked the customer to bring in the vehicle so we could have a look and see if we could do our best to clean it up for them. The customer came into our shop, acting extremely rude. Staff members tried to explain that the issues being pointed out was from the old tint job not from our job. We tried to explain, but the customer just kept ignoring and being rude and pointing out things that had nothing to do with our installation. He then left and was extremely rude making terrible imature remarks and said im going to leave you a one star review. This customer expected us to do work for free and fix issues done by another company originally. It wasn't even done by us.. This is a very unfair review and it's sad company's have to deal with negativity from time to time even though we always go over board to give great quality work and excellent service at fair rates.
