Studio Policy
To maintain a premium standard of precision craftsmanship and ensure a seamless experience for every client, the following regulations are strictly enforced. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Hair Prep (Clean & Washed)
Because the Atelier operates without a shampoo wash station, all clients must arrive with their hair freshly washed, completely clean, and free of all heavy products (gel, pomade, wax, or heavy grease).
• Arriving with excessively dirty or product-heavy hair compromises tool performance and precision.
• If hair is not clean, you will be charged an automatic $15 fee to work through it, or your slot will be cancelled and subject to the $25 late cancellation fee.
2. Payment Methods
• Payment is due immediately following your service. We accept Cash or E-Transfer only.
3. The Precision Buffer
• To ensure every client receives an uncompromised standard of craftsmanship, all appointments are subject to running slightly late. We prioritize perfection over rushing a cut. We appreciate your patience if the chair is running a few minutes behind.
4. Late Policy (The 15-Minute Window)
• If you are running late, please send a courtesy text.
• 15 Minutes Late: A $15 late fee will be automatically added to your total.
• 20 Minutes Late: Your appointment is automatically cancelled, marked as a No-Show, and the full no-show policy applies.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Cancellations made under the 24-hour mark carry an automatic $25 fee that must be cleared before your next booking.
6. No-Shows
• Time is the ultimate currency. Failing to show up to your scheduled appointment without any communication will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.
• Future booking privileges will be blocked until this balance is cleared in full.
