I show up on time actually early and Ashtel has no clue about my appointment she isn’t home her mother is and we get into contact with her and she sai...d sorry i just finished work my app isnt working she said let’s reschedule for sunday i will give you a time on Saturday its Saturday now i been messaging since the morning and just getting left on read and at 7 pm i get sorry i have work tomorrow she should tell ppl on time if shes trying to run a business like i could of went elsewhere everything is closed now tomorrow’s Sunday fingers crossed something is open tomorrow so i can look good going to work for Monday I would highly recommend dont use her services you will get the run around and a time wasted I would give a zero i took a cab also and just wasted money on a taxi for no reason ZERO STARS!!!!!! INCREDIBLE!!! Ashtel is your girl for your sugaring needs. Let me start off with a quick and short backstory - I have been waxing on and off for a dec...ade now. All I knew was hot wax, strips, pain and skin damage. My last experience (before Ashtel) I was left with patches of missing skin & ingrown hairs galore. The "smoothness" didn't even last a week. I can't lie, it took a lot of convincing to give sugaring a try after my last experience because of how absolutely terrified I was. But I finally worked up the courage to try. Booking with Ashtel was easy and straightforward. I booked a bikini wax for my upcoming vacation. Ashtel was kind and friendly, helping put my nerves at ease. The atmosphere was bright, clean and comforting. Ashtel moved with confidence and precision throughout the whole service, constantly checking in on me and making sure I was still comfortable, providing encouragement when needed. All in all, I am blown away with the results. Sugaring with Ashtel was significantly less painful than waxing, no damage, minuscule irritation, and long lasting smoothness. I am still relatively smooth after almost 4 weeks. It is Dec 28, and I kid you not, I am still 90% smooth. I have NEVER had that before, as previous waxing experiences left me with hair less than a week after. Also, my skin still looks so healthy, soft, smooth and hydrated. I found that normal waxing dried out my skin and made it look leathery. I will absolutely be coming back. And you should not hesitate to visit Ashtel for your hair removal needs. *mic drop* Show more
