No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy for Tough Tiger Barbershop

Dear Clients,

To ensure the best service for everyone and to respect the time of our barbers, we have implemented the following No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy:
    1.    Missed Appointments: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, it is considered a “no-show.”
    2.    Cancellation Policy: We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
    3.    50% Charge: In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel in advance, a 50% charge of the service cost will apply. This is to compensate for the time lost and the disruption caused to our schedule.
    4.    Why This Policy: This policy helps us manage our barbers’ time effectively and ensures that all clients receive the high-quality service they expect. It also ensures that we can continue offering flexible scheduling to accommodate everyone.
