Unfortunately my very first experience was not a customer service driven one. I booked an appointment for 11:30 and the barber in the shop at the time... was not connected to the booking service. The barber that should have received my booked appointment was NOT there. He/She never did arrive… My haircut started much later than 11:30 because I had to wait for the ONE barber to finish his clients first (Chin).Technically it made more sense to just walk-in it’s quicker He paid close attention to my request and got it done… if you’re not going to be there for the client DO NOT OFFER the time slot.. Chin does not take anything else but cash for payment for the record. Get to it together Dtouch Show more
