Hello. Firstly, we are very sorry that you did not become our client and that we did not have a single session with you. Secondly, we are sorry that you did not sign the mandatory consent form before your session. We ask clients to do this in advance, on the day of registration. When you came to us for a consultation and your first session, the form was not signed. We offered you to sign it in the office, but since it was in French, you refused. This meant that we could not see you that day. However, we immediately offered you a session the following day. We explained that we would prepare a special form for you in English and also offered a significant discount as a small compensation. You declined. But late in the evening, you changed your mind and wrote a message, which we did not see in time, as we are working and sometimes take days off. As a result, we have this review.
