The barber who cut your hair is new to our shop and eager to build his clientele, but he wasn’t aware that you had a pre-booked appointment with someone else when he offered to take you. In situations like this, please feel free to let us know that you’re booked with another barber, and we’ll make sure you’re seated with them as planned.
