I’ve been a loyal client of Mai’s for several years and have always been happy with the quality of her work. She values timeliness and has a clear pol...icy about being punctual. While I always try to communicate when unexpected delays happen, my recent experience didn’t go as I had hoped, and I was unfortunately told I could no longer be a client. It’s disappointing, as I’ve enjoyed her services for a long time, but I respect her need for consistency. I’ll be looking for a new nail tech moving forward.
