I came in for a layered haircut with face-framing, and the experience was fantastic! Danica was incredibly kind and skilled - she went above and beyon...d, and I left completely in love with my hair. I have long, curly, fine-yet-dense hair, and she handled it with such care and expertise. The salon was clean, inviting, and made me feel totally at ease. I really appreciated how respectful and accommodating everyone was regarding my hijab and personal comfort. I had communicated with the owner, Safiya, beforehand, and she was so warm and thoughtful. This was such a great experience!! I have curly hair and was looking for a professional to cut my hair and I saw that Safiya was exactly that person a...nd she did not disappoint. I always come out insecure after each haircut because of how poorly others have cut my hair but she went above and beyond. Totally love my hair now!! not only did she help me feel confident in my hair but she even shared some tips and advice for my hair! Will come back again and already recommended this to others!!! I have been to so many salons in the last 20 years from high high end in Toronto/ Las Vegas to walk in pay $15 “fast service” I h...ave never been so satisfied with first of all my greeting from the owner and feeling comfortable in the salon, the joy of her craftsmanship and her belief in what she does shows through her Energy! This is truly what new up-and-coming salons could learn from. I am so excited to be able to support her business and receive excellent service. We are truly fortunate in the small Town of Grimsby to have such top-notch professionalism and her support team in our midst! Also watching the two gentlemen that are the barbers… how they took such care with their young clients and creating such wonderful craftsmanship was truly a sight to see…this is fantastic. Absolutely LOVE both Safiyaa and Kait. They’re both so amazing at what they do and absolutely transformed my hair to not only look amazing but feel am...azing. Safiyaa is absolutely amazing! I’m hijabi and she constantly reassured me and walked around holding a cape up so I could see my hair in natural light ...but block the barbers! She transformed my hair immensely and I’m absolutely in love with it! I already booked my next appointment! This was my first time at this salon and I was very satisfied with the service. Safiyaa and her colleague were efficiently managing 3 customers and I ...did not feel neglected at all. I had my roots colored, wash, a cut, and blow dry with some styling. It took approximately 1.5hrs for everything which I felt flew by because we were having fun chatting and laughing. The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed. The barbers on the other side of the salon had some mad tubes which were fabulous also. All in all, I would definitely return again and recommend this salon to my friends. Show more
