I hate giving bad reviews but I just wasn’t impressed with my haircut yesterday and yea I should have said I wasn’t happy with it at the time, but I’m... not one for confrontation. I told Vicky what I wanted for my hair I wanted shorter layers to take the weight out of the ends of my hair. My hair is past my shoulders and is curly and I have a lot of it. She did do layers but I don’t feel like she did what I requested with more layers farther up my hair. I have had a haircut like this before by someone else and absolutely loved it and it worked for my hair. But for some reason Vicky just didn’t listen to what I actually wanted. Then she put this mousse stuff in my hair and the fragrance was so strong I walked out with a headache and I’m not usually one to be bothered by scents. I am more someone who likes to use more natural products in my hair and usually am used to more subtle scents but it was just too much. I’m not sure I will be going back if hairdressers think they know what the client wants more than the client does. Show more

I apologize if u feel that way Alice. We discussed shorter layers and I double checked to make sure u liked them. If u would have communicated shorter- of course i would have done so In future, please let your stylist know if u have sensitivity to scents or products. Take care :)
