I apologize for the dissatisfaction of the haircut. However I wish to respectfully remind you, you were 15+ minutes late for your haircut appointment. Providing me less time to work with your haircut. Not to mention at the end of the haircut I have asked if there is anything I can do to fix. Please do not be disingenuous with your review.
