Very nice ladies, but very bad isolation techniques and placement. After several chances and several discussions about poor isolation and the severe p...ain she was causing me, each fill continued to get worse. This of course not only affected the retention of the lashes I am of course spending good money to have placed as a luxury service, but more importantly she has been severely damaging my eyes and the lash follicles with each application. At times there was between 2-4 natural lashes bonded into the fan/extension. Please save yourself and go somewhere else more reputable and experienced!!! :( save yourself the money and the pain!!!! This hurts so much as the lashes grow, especially then it’s every other lash that’s been so badly bonded. The part that concerns me the most is these ladies are also putting on courses and training others.

Throughout your appointments, we made consistent efforts to adjust based on the feedback provided at the time, as client comfort and open communication during services are a priority for us. Regarding the photo shared, precise isolation and lash health are foundational to our work and training standards. In some cases particularly with fuller styling such as mega volume sets and varying natural lash cycles, lash growth and shedding can create the appearance of multiple lashes attached as they grow out, which can be misunderstood outside of a full, in person assessment. Every set is customized based on the condition and density of each client’s natural lashes, with lash health always remaining the priority. We stand confidently behind the quality of our work, and take pride in our amazing client retention and continued education, and the standards we uphold within our studio. We appreciate the months you spent with us and wish you the best moving forward.

Michelle is everything! I’ve been going to her to get my eyebrows done at least 3 times now. Her attention to detail and bed side manner is seriously ...unmatched. On a personal level she is the kindest, most down to earth person and her energy is SO positive. I have bad social anxiety in new spaces but I always feel at ease in her space.
