On a personal level she is the kindest, most down to earth person and her energy is SO positive. I have bad social anxiety in new spaces but I always feel at ease in her space. Michelle is an exceptional stylist!! She also goes above and beyond for her clients! I was in a bit of an emergency hair crisis, and called to see if... I could come in. She fortunately had a cancellation that day and took me right in. Michelle not only helped me with my hair emergency, but went out of her way to add even more elegance to my hair that I did not think possible!
