This was the worst experience I ever had. I had been in this place before and everything was fine till I decided I wanted to try another person to do ...my nails. Before the manager had attended to me but immediately I arrived and she realized that I booked with another person everything went downhill. She assigned to me two different person from who I book with. I was sit in the pedicure chair to do my feet and in the same spot my hands were done, like I don't deserve to be sitting in the right place were hands should be done. My appointment was 12-3pm and was out by 1:20, with dust all over my clothes. I felt like I went asking for charity nails instead of paying my hard work money for service. And after everything was almost done she decided to make changes in my appointments, assigning the other two workers. I am adding proof of my appointment from my emails. She didn't have the decency to even make an excuse for the changes, I was run over like trash. Show more
