Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had with a barber. I was looking for a new barber so I looked at this place. I initially booked with Moe in advanc...e for 11am on Sunday, which is when they open on Sundays. Came in at 11am and no one was there. Called the phone number twice no answer. Finally got a call back from Moe saying he’s going to be 10 minutes late because he got “pulled over”, by this point it’s 11:20. Moe arrives at 11:30am but when I walked in to check in for my appointment, his friend is sitting on the barber seat getting a cut from him. When I asked him why he’s late, all he said was “shit happens, stop being upset it’s the morning”. Keep in mind that people also have their own schedules throughout the day. To summarize the experience, Moe was late, made a terrible excuse to why he’s late, not only that, but he also went to start and cut someone else’s hair when I booked an appointment first. 5-10 minutes late is fine, but 30 minutes is definitely pushing it. They probably cut hair good but punctuality is terrible. Horrible first impression, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place or Moe to anyone. Show more
