UPDATE: I am upgrading my stars to 5 stars (my usual rating for this business). The store called and they apologized. They showed that they really ca...re for a customer. We appreciate the call. We will be visiting them in a future for sure because they are professional and because they give great modern haircuts my teenager loves. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I always take my son to Burnaby Dial a Style. Last time it was on Nov 21 2024 at 6pm. When we arrived there, my son was taken promptly. I don't remember the name of a person who did the haircut but it was the first time we met him. The haircut was done within 30 - 35 or so. The issue was that the stylist was too rough. My son's skin was red around his neck and he had about 1 cm cut on the line. I think the stylist has to work on being more gentle with the haircut machine. Show more
