I was about 10 mins late for my appointment and I did call in to inform them of my late arrival and upon my arrival I was told that Adryan had left. I... was a bit upset and disappointed since this is something they could’ve told me over the phone and I could’ve just avoided the visit. I have visited this place in the past and the barbers are pretty good at their job and polite but this is no way to behave especially for last appointment of the day knowing there is no one coming after. Once I had to wait outside for 12 mins, for first appointment of the day because staff arrived late which I didn’t react to and understood their situation but I wasn’t treated in same manner.
