All our previous customers have been satisfied with our perm service. He left with a smile on his face and specifically said it’s what he wanted when his mother criticized it for not being curly and wavy instead, After being unable to basically get the service for free you want to leave negative reviews to impact our business, if you can’t afford it you shouldn’t have come. I explained the entire process to him before we did it and barely spoke through the duration of the service. Again he left smiling cheek to cheek.
