I have found Kaeley to be very consistent in her lash work from one appointment to the next, and she spe...nds a lot of time listening and advising on the best lash look for my face/age. She has an excellent eye for details! Her place is always very clean and hygienic. She has contacted me in advance at times when she is running even just a few minutes late which I appreciate. I had booked this appointment 2 weeks before a special event after seeing her work online and reading some reviews. I read some reviews saying she can...celled appointment, was not there when they showed up for appointments etc. there were more good than bad so I booked. Come the morning of my special event, not even an hour before my appointment she texted me and had to postpone the appointment to later in the day for a discounted price. As I was going out of town for this event, I did not have time to go that evening. It was a huge disappointment but thank god because I found the sweetest, nicest lash artist that was able to accommodate me last minute that morning elsewhere and I will always go back to her.
