I booked with Royal. She was a no show. No call/text to say she was running late or to ask to reschedule. I waited 20 minutes and then left. Update: ...Received a call from the owner that apparently Royal called me at 4pm to cancel because she can't do crochet. This should be removed from her booking page if that's the case. And again, I received no call or text from her. I would have a voicemail at the very least if I missed her call. It's possible she forgot, but that doesn't change my outcome unfortunately. 2nd update: they sent me proof of the calls. They called the wrong number because there was a typo. I am glad they did try to notify me, but I would recommend double checking the number you dialed is correct if the call keeps dropping. Show more
