I booked with Royal. She was a no show. No call/text to say she was running late or to ask to reschedule. I waited 20 minutes and then left. Update: ...Received a call from the owner that apparently Royal called me at 4pm to cancel because she can't do crochet. This should be removed from her booking page if that's the case. And again, I received no call or text from her. I would have a voicemail at the very least if I missed her call. It's possible she forgot, but that doesn't change my outcome unfortunately. 2nd update: they sent me proof of the calls. They called the wrong number because there was a typo. I am glad they did try to notify me, but I would recommend double checking the number you dialed is correct if the call keeps dropping. Show more

Made an appointment for 2pm with Blaise and came 20 mins before my appointment to be told that he was not there. I’ve told the guy that I made the app...ointment and it was even confirmed then he continued to tell me that he wasn’t there and that I would need to “text” him. I’ve never had to do that I’ve made an appointment two years ago the same way and had no issues. Very disappointed. Do not come here if you planned to get a cut before going somewhere. Show more
