I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait while the barber finished another client's appointme...nt ( no issue there) . When it was finally my turn, I felt rushed, as if the barber was trying to finish my lineup quickly to attend to another client who had just arrived. I wonder if this was because the other client was a long-time customer or perhaps paying more. Regardless of the reason, the result was a poorly done lineup with a messed-up hairline. The barber spent less than 2 minutes on my hair, and the finished product looked nothing like a lineup once I put on my glasses. What's frustrating is that my first experience at the barber shop was pleasant. The atmosphere was nice, and I was treated well as a walk-in. However, the subpar service I received during my second visit left a sour taste. I was so dissatisfied with the haircut that I decided to cut my hair completely and start over. I hope that in the future, the barbers will take pride in their work and treat every client with respect, regardless of their loyalty or payment. Show more

I had a bad experience. I drove down there, waited for my turn, when it got to my turn to get a haircut, the barber told me he had to catch up three p...eople before me. So, what was the need for booking online weeks ahead? There were no apologies what so ever, just that he was running late. This is the third time I'm booking with the same hair saloon and getting disappointed. Show more
