This barber is unorganized. You book via this he just can't be on time to save his life. We booked at 11h and when we got there, he was already expla...ining himself on why someone else was before me..then he let the guy lineup his daughter.. The appointment was for me and my son. While he did my beard, I let another dude go ahead because my guy was standing on my lap waiting for dude to be done...because you guessed it..he was late. This barber is undecided whether he wants to be singing falsetto or doing fades at the shop. Speaking of fade...he couldn't handle my son's hair so he did a job so poor that he had to put black ice to fix my son's lineup...probably because the work was so jacked up that he needed to put vlack ice to cover that road crash of a shape up. He showed me the end result and I said aiight its ok...but after spending 3 hours at a barbershop you just want to bounce. So at home I wanted to remove the black ice because that child is 5...he doesn't need black ice like he's balding .(althought he pushed his hairline back) so after earasing the arts and crafts he did..i realized that the line up was more crooked than politicians...I told the barber that I wasnt happy with the service and it's the 2nd time that someone at his shop tried to hide their blatant mistakes with black ice. So Ance got all in his feelings like a Drake record and felt disrespected but why? Cause he couldn't cut my son's hair properly??! He insinuated that my spouse was in on this and all around bad customer service. But if you look at the pic below the inly thing that was in...was that his glasses where still in his purse. I'll spare the details of his text message because I didn't real all of his telenovela script. Below you will see his mighty work (sarcasm used when I used the word work) as the top picture . The bottom picture is a lineup done by someone that knows what he's doing still on my son. Instead of understanding my dissatisfaction he felt disrespected because probably his ego has him in a chokehold like Pusha T has Drake. I'm giving him a 1 star because on that day, the shop was clean and the barber 4 chairs down with a beanie is a cool dude. A woman left her sons with him and he transfered them to someone else...because you guessed it...he was late. The firdt time ever I booked him he was late. 2nd time he didnt show up I still wanted to support black business...but in this visit, I understood and he made me understand that he doesn't need clients like me..but that's great cause I gad already canceled all future appointments with him. Dont take my word for it...book him, and when he's going to be late...you'll remember this post. Show more
