It was a painful experience, not because they did it roughly but because it was my 1st time. She was always listening and paid attention when I was in... pain, she let me breath in between and keep letting me know we was close to done. We had little conversation to distract my mind and honestly I was really hairy lol and she made me feel comfortable about that. I will be going back for COCO and ladies don’t let your hair grow out to long it will hurt the longer it is. Show more

All my customers who did eyelashe here were happy, only you, because you are the first time here, I told you if not happy you can take them off, and you said you don’t want take off because you were asking discounts. I said no. Can be take off and no charge. You Said no time and don’t want pay full price. I said only 5 mins take off,you still reject to take off, continue asking discount. There is no way can help like this customer.

They do a great job but unfortunately this is the second time in a row they began my appointment half an hour late, both times with an appointment. Ne...ither time they told me they were running behind and only thanked me for my patience after half an hour had already gone by. Both my friend and I were seen half an hour late. I was also told they were busy and that majority of customers were appointments not walk-ins, but that appointments took longer than expected because of unforeseen circumstances that take extra time. My technician referenced gel that had fallen off my nail and needed to be repaired as an example; however, despite this “circumstance,” my appointment took 40 minutes (7-7:40 pm), but on Booksy it said I was allocated 55 min (6:30-7:25 pm). I was told I wasn’t charged for the broken gel as a thank you for waiting. To be clear, I had a bio-gel refill, no extensions. Show more

This salon has been the most consistent with quality service and results. The shellac manicures last until they have grown out, and I like that Carmen... greets each customer personally in every visit. They also include paraffin treatment with every mani or pedi. They have won me over! Show more
