Pretty disappointed in service. Booked an appointment with Giddy on Wednesday Feb 12,2025 for 11 A.M. I arrived at the shop for 10:57. He wasn't there... at the time so I sat down and looked at my phone to see he had updated the appointment time to 11:30 while I had been driving there. Already an inconvenience that he last minute decided to change the time. Anyways, I stayed waited till 11:30. 11:30 passes and he still wasn't there. I attempted to call him which was unsuccessful. I got up and left at 11:40. At about 11:50 I get a call from him saying he is ruining late and quite honestly it sounded as if he had just woken up. I explained the situation and how long I had been waiting. He asked if I could come back which I couldn't and why would I considering people's time means nothing to him. Not sure how great he cuts hair but can definitely speak to him having 0 respect for people's time. Show more
