That's the reason when you come, the receptionist asked you that can you wait for the technician a little bit or you ok with another one available as you said you have to go quickly, can't wait. And our salon have the warranty for the customer 1 week. If you not happy with her work, we can fix for you, or if you want we gonna refund the money to you, as the customer satisfaction is our priority. Thank you and have a good day. ** Update: I'm Hanna and when you coming, I'm using the tool to flatten and smooth the powder surface to do the designs, not to remove the old nails, everything I did have the camera record the process. I dont need to lie anything because we do business by heart and passionate and customer's satisfaction, not only the money. If you not happy with the service, we will fix the nails for you or refund the money to you, just let us know which want will be better for you. Thank you Zoi.

Hi Samantha, Thanks for your feedback. We had one staff have family emergency yesterday, that's why we have the schedule behind a little bit. We dont want you have to wait so long that's why we asked if you ok with another technician who is available for you right at the time you come. We're sorry for that inconvenience.
