Im a little disappointed with Rosso's barber shop. I've been going to them for years, and normally, when you select someone to do the cut its the pers...on who cuts your hair. Lately, this hasnt been the case. My last 2 visits i have selected rosso to do my haircut and have been put with another hair stylist. I wanted a haircut on Saturday but held off till today (Sunday) to have my hair cut by rosso when he was available just to show up and see that he wasn't even working. I ended up having my haircut by another guy, who dont get me wrong did an alright job, but he still knicked me with the razer a couple times and missed a lot of hair on my neck with the straight razor. Its very frustrating when you want your haircut by someone you trust to do a good job just to be pawned off to someone else with less experience and to told at the end of the cut that its going to be $10 more then you expected. Very amatuer cut. She wasn't experienced at all. Haven't had a bad cut like this ever. Asked to trim the moustache but she shaved it thin which i didn...t ask for. Didnt ask for any permission to do that. Same with the beard. Show more
