I was trying to find a place to get my hair done having moved to Ajax. This shop is very conveniently located, price is reasonable and Tony was very a...ccommodating. Not that it mattered very much because Tony did a great job, but it was sort of peculiar how when I booked with a specific person online, that individual ended up not working that day and I got Tony instead. There was also an unfortunate turn of events which resulted in my appointment being late, but I could tell Tony cares and tries his best to make you leave satisfied. Would definitely consider returning. Show more

The hairstylist was late in cutting my son’s hair, making us wait 20 minutes. There was no apology or explanation given for the lateness. The qualit...y of the haircut was good as my son seems happy with his new haircut, but the service was lacking in a sense that the appointment time was not maintained. Since we were on time for the hair appointment, I would have expected the hairstylist to be on time, too. Show more
