Got to the location listed but it was just a plaza, with a lot of stores, found a barbershop nearby thinking he might be working there but they denied... it even using Booksy and also said this situation has happened to them before and they were unsure too. Tried texting and calling the number listed multiple times before my booked time slot but no response from the barber. So basically I just wasted my time bussing over here and left with no haircut, no response, or explanation. Would give a 0 because that’s no way to handle business with customers. Show more
