A Training Session That Went Above and Beyond This training session was truly amazing. The instructor's communication skills were exceptional, making... complex concepts easy to understand and engaging. We booked a couples session as a new way to workout together, and it was amazing!! Mathew was very professional and attentive to both of our abilities... and strengths. There was never a flat moment as he was able to always keep us engaged in the workout all the while doing more one-on-one segments to help each of us improve. Coach Matthew is one hella of a coach and the only way to know it, is to experience it yourself. The service is 100 percent of course! but if he sees ...you that you can go more than that, expect that he will give you 110 or 115 nonetheless. Show more
