I had voiced a concern regarding a few of the nail tips she was placing on my nails (they were pointing up, not flat. She said it would be ok when she... put the acrylic on. When she finished those nails looked like they were lifted of my nail bed. I expressed my concern again, and she again brushed me off and said it’s ok. Also, please allow me to explain a bit about the situation. Our staff understood your request, as she noticed that your natural nails curve upward at the tips. Based on her experience, she believed that applying acrylic powder could correct this issue, as she had successfully handled similar cases in the past. Unfortunately, this time it did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for that. This situation has reminded us that even with similar nail issues, different approaches may be needed.
