Very unprofessional, Gave this place two chances—clearly, I’m too optimistic for my own good. I booked appointments both times, thinking I’d walk in, ...sit down, and get a haircut. Instead, I got the VIP treatment: 45 minutes of quality waiting room time. This lack of professionalism and disregard for clients’ time is unacceptable. Worst part was no one even acknowledged me during the wait—no greeting, no update, nothing. will not be returning. Show more
