I really appreciated the level of detail and thoroughness of the care provided by Dr Kris and Dr Modi. but things felt a bit disorganized in my last a...ppointment. They seemed to be treating like 8 patients at the same time, and were rather distracted. Several times into my appointment, staff would come into the treatment rooms trying to get my therapist's attention, or random staff I'd never met before would come in and try to discuss solutions with me (e.g. like showing me stretches) without context or explanation from the therapist. It would have been good to have explanations on why certain treatments were provided or why follow-up appointments were needed, but I felt somewhat rushed and resigned to accept whatever was suggested.

The whole team was amazing! Dr. Kris was kind and had so much patience with my case of chronic lower back pain. He took x-rays (which is so convenient... that is in the same location) And the physiotherapist was incredible! I'm definitely coming back and I felt a relief of my chronic pain in my first visit. I'm looking forward to come back for my following treatments.
