Jordan was incredibly warm and friendly and also incredibly ‘infection control’ safe on arrival. Providing hand sanitiser and a face mask to ensure th...e measures in place to protect yourself and Jordan from any illness was as high as they can be. I’m very nervous/shy and, after putting me at ease with warm conversation, genuine understanding and compassion, was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Her knowledge and experience is clear and will explain, in easy to understand language, the possible roots and causes of individual issues we all have. I was given a series of exercises and general posture advise to aid my recovery in my own time and clear objectives to be aiming for to improve bad habits and to instil a better physical mindset. I laughed a lot and talked freely without judgement! Would 100% recommend. Show more
