To clarify, your appointment was booked at 5:45 pm for a 6:30 pm slot — for same-day bookings, we always suggest confirming over the phone to make sure the time is secured. The client before you had originally booked just a haircut, but after loving the result, he asked for a beard trim as well. This took more time than expected and led to your wait, especially since weekends tend to be very busy. Hi Edi, you booked initially just for the haircut, but wanted a beard trim and lineup as well. Shivam charged you for the Haircut + Beard, which should be $40, but since we had 5% off going on, he charged you $35 which is even less than what the actual price should be ($38). If you just wanted a cut, he would have charged you $23.75 So, technically he charged you only for the services you availed. Nothing extra.
