Unfortunately, my son didn’t have a good experience. He takes a lot of pride in his hair, and we’ve been trying to find a barber he really connects wi...th. We gave it another shot last night — the barber was very kind and friendly, but the haircut just didn’t turn out the way my son wanted. Despite showing a reference photo, his hair was cut much shorter than expected, with no taper fade — it was completely off. He’s really disappointed. Show more

Unfortunately, we’re sorry to hear that. We did ask your son twice if he wanted his hair shorter than what we initially did, and he said yes both times. We also completed the taper fade as requested. Throughout the service, we asked multiple times if he was happy with the haircut, and both he and his father confirmed that they were satisfied. Thank you for your understanding
