    Cupping Massage

    Dry cupping is used in conjunction with therapeutic massage. Cups are placed on the body using a suction technique that can be fairly aggressive. The reverse pressure of the cups increases blood flow to the area they are applied promoting cell repair. This can help with pain and inflammation.

    Hot Stone Massage

    The usual Hot Stone massage is used for relaxation. I prefer to take a more therapeutic approach using a unique set of stones called Synergy Stones. With these stones I'm still able to use long flowing strokes but coupled with a deeper and more focused pressure. This massage uses heat to help alleviate stiffness in muscles and promote circulation.
