Booking Policies

A minimum £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The exact amount may vary depending on the total cost of your treatment.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Semi-Permanent Makeup deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits for all other treatments can be transferred once, when at least 7 days notice is given.
If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the remaining balance of your appointment is due.
