Communal Sauna Sessions
Escape the everyday and experience the calming warmth of our beautiful outdoor sauna cabin, set within the tranquil surroundings of Sedgeford Hall Estate.
Our one-hour communal sessions offer a welcoming and relaxed environment where you can enjoy the many benefits of traditional sauna bathing shared alongside other guests. Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, soothe tired muscles, improve your wellbeing, or simply take an hour out for yourself, our sauna provides the perfect countryside retreat.
You'll have plenty of space to relax, recharge and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Take your time between heat cycles, stay hydrated, and embrace an hour dedicated entirely to your wellbeing.
- Sessions last 60 minutes
- Available daily: 10am-11am, 2pm-3pm or 6pm-7pm.
- Maximum of 4 guests per communal session
- £15pp.
- Please arrive at the start time of your booked session. As the sauna may be in use for a private booking beforehand, we ask that you do not enter the sauna before your allocated session begins.
- Swimwear, suitable footwear and a towel is required.
- Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your session.

We clean the pool area first thing every morning, and we also leave a mop and bucket by the changing facilities to encourage guests to clear up any splashes during the day. As the pool is unlifeguarded, we do rely on everyone helping to keep the area as clean and safe as possible between our daily cleans. We also really appreciate you letting us know about the changing room door. We'll take a look at it to see if there's anything we can do to make it easier to use. It's lovely to know you'd choose to book with us again. The bucket and mop are left poolside intentionally so guests can use them throughout the day if needed, but the pool area itself is cleaned every morning before opening. We'll certainly review how these are stored to ensure they don't detract from the experience. Regarding the water temperature, our pool is maintained between 28–30°C, and on the day of your visit it was reading 29°C. We do appreciate that if you've been particularly warm beforehand, the water can feel cooler when you first get in, even though it's within its normal operating temperature. If the pool was to ever drop below 28c we have a process in place to inform our guests ahead of their visit. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
