It is not possible to find a better service or a more relaxing experience than you will get at The Pampering Room. Magdalena is incredibly skilled and... efficient, as well as being friendly, keen to give you the best experience, and going above and beyond to be helpful with advice. I have been visiting here regularly for several years now and would never want to trust anyone else, I have had many bad experiences with other practitioners in the past - Magdalena is on a much higher level. I have been coming to Magda for about four years now. I get eyelash extensions and have to say, they are just perfect. I always get complimented on th...em and have referred people to Magda to also book her services. She is very chilled, makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you would like. It’s a super calm environment , perfect to have some ‘me’ time and relax. When you’re cold she offers a blanket and takes her time during appointments. I once got my lashes done by a different tech elsewhere and came running back to Magda as nothing compared! If you want stunning lashes that retain really well in a relaxing and calm environment with a brilliant lash tech then book pampering room! Show more

I went to The pampering room based on reviews she received which was quiet positive. When I got there I walked up and was surprised by a dog it wasn’t... a big dog but because I am traumatised been bitten by a dog before & i was in the hospital for weeks to recover from it, I kindly asked if she can take him to a different room perhaps or maybe just ensure me that the dog is a friendly dog she got quiet upset. ( after explaining why I am not comfortable around dogs) And dismissed my appointment immediately mind you I drove 30 mins to the appointment as I am not from Guildford. Very disappointed as I am travelling tomorrow with no eyelashes great 🤦‍♀️ Show more
