Throughout the appointment, expectations were managed transparently, and the service time was extended well beyond the standard duration in an effort to achieve the best possible result within the limitations that had already been explained and agreed upon. It is also important to note that you were not charged for this appointment. Additionally, a free removal was offered should you have been unhappy with the result, which was declined. For these reasons, the suggestion that the service was unacceptable or handled unprofessionally is misleading.
