Easy to book, good location with parking and the treatment room was so calming! Emma gave me enough time and privacy to prepare for my treatment. I ...thought I'd booked for a Brazillian... as it happened I'd only gone and booked for a full Hollywood! Half way through the procedure i realised my mistake but there was no going back... just the harsh realisation that we both had to finish what we started! Emma dealt with my mistake brilliantly and booked me in for a few weeks time ensuring i knew EXACTLY what it was i was booked in for. Thanks Emma, I'm delighted i found such a great service on my doorstep xx
