POLICIES BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT - Booking fees/deposits are required for all treatments and are non refundable, if your appointment cannot be carried out on the day due to various issues such as filler migration, if you are unsure please send a message before booking in and your treatment will not be carried out and booking fee/deposit is not refunded. - If you need to change or cancel your appointment please let me know before 48hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your booking fee/deposit - as this gives us time to potentially fill the spot with another client. - If you cancel/change within 48 hours you can use this deposit to rebook once only, if this is done more than one occasion, you will lose your deposit and require a new one to book. -Any no shows will be charged the full price of their treatment. No future bookings will be taken unless this is paid. Although we understand emergency’s can occur, please contact rather than no showing. PAYMENTS The remaining amount of the treatment price on the day can be paid in cash, card or bank transfer. CONSENT FORMS - Consent and medical forms are carried out at the beginning of your appointment. - some treatments require these to be sent in advance if this is the case it will be sent out to you prior to your appointment and you will be notified via text message. - If you have a known allergy, skin condition or possible contraindication, please leave this in the notes section on booking. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT General for all treatments: - Avoid alcohol 24hrs before/after your appointment if having injectables or needling as this can worsen swelling/ bleeding/ bruising. - No caffeine for 24hrs before your appointment if having injectables or needling as this can worsen swelling/ bleeding/ bruising. - No blood thinners such as aspirin/ibuprofen 24 hrs before your appointment as this can increase bleeding and swelling. - Avoid sunbeds 48 hrs prior to your appointments, this is longer for certain treatments - Avoid retinols and active AHAs/BHAs 48 hrs before your treatment, this is longer for certain treatments. - Make sure you eat and drink before your appointment. *please note specific treatments may have different preparations* AFTERCARE Aftercare will be discussed with you during your appointment, however it is essential that you are aware of potential risks, and common side effects following your treatment. Aftercare forms will also be sent via email. ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT - Please come to your appointment alone, I do not have space to accommodate plus 1s nor children. - There is roadside parking directly outside of the salon which is free although has time restrictions for either side of the road, plenty of unrestricted free parking on all side roads off Raddlebarn Road. -Please make sure you leave adequate time to get to your appointment, any later than 15 minutes I cannot guarantee we will have time to carry out your appointment and booking fee will be lost. AGE RESTRICTIONS - ALL treatments are strictly over 18 - Challenge 25. You can upload pictures of your ID on your consent form, if you are under 25 please bring the ID to your appointment. If you have not provided ID either on consent or brought it in person and you look under 25, I will not carry out the treatment and you will lose your deposit.
