The patchiness you experienced is sometimes due to slight variations in positioning during the spray cycle, particularly around areas like the legs and under the arms. Making sure the arms are held far enough away from the torso, as shown in the booth’s visual guides, helps ensure more even coverage and prevents white patches. Practising these positions in front of a mirror before your next session can make a real difference. We’d also like to reassure others reading this that this isn’t a common issue. We have over 300 five-star reviews and many returning clients who achieve consistent, natural-looking results with the Bronze booth. We also understand the booth isn’t for everyone. Hi Andrea, thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to clarify that the “Light 6” option you selected is a clear spray tan, which is noted on the signage inside the booth. This type of tan sprays on completely clear, with no immediate colour, and develops gradually over the following hours. As we discussed on the phone, the machine delivered exactly what you selected. Given that the result matched the settings you chose, a 2-star review feels a little unfair in this case, especially as no fault occurred with the service itself. You're always welcome to choose a different shade next time if you're after a more instantly visible result. You'll be glowing by bed time and tomorrow morning hope you love the results

For anyone reading this, I just want to note that this isn’t feedback I’ve received before. The same product and settings have been used by over a thousand clients without issue, so it does seem like this may have been an individual reaction, possibly related to skin prep or how the tan developed on the day. That said, I’m always open to feedback, and I genuinely appreciate it — even when it’s not perfect. It helps me improve and continue offering the best service I can. For the booth floor when it's busy it's definitely best to dry down with the blue or white roll provided I know this is a pain to do but unfortunately only way to dry it between customers 🙊
